INDONESIAN PASSPORT ISSUANCE REQUIREMENT

The followings are required when applying for a new Indonesian Passport:
- Completed Passport Application Form;
- Three colored passport size photos of applicant (recent photos with bright background and light colored attire)
- Original passport (passport that needs replacement);
- Money order of AU$40.00 if applying by mail or cash if applying in person (cheques are not accepted); and
- A self-addressed registered envelope (if applying by mail for safe return of new passport)
