The Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal (BKPM) or The Investment Coordinating Board is responsible for all foreign investments in Indonesia.

The Investment Regulation on Foreign Direct Investment and Investment Regulation for Business Fields Closed and Open to Investment Under Certain Conditions are the guidelines provided by the BKPM to allow potential investors to learn and know about the rules and regulations of investing in Indonesia.
